Keep a non-alcoholic request non-alcoholic
A non-alcoholic product must not be replaced with alcohol. Ordinary replacement preferences and spending permissions still apply when a requested soft drink cannot be found.
Consider the size of the request
Drinks can make an order heavy. Onwayy may limit or refuse unusually large, heavy or bulky requests where an available rider or vehicle cannot reasonably or safely carry them. Check the app’s available options for your address.
Available delivery locations
Onwayy is rolling out on-demand shopping and delivery in selected areas of our initial launch locations. Check your delivery address in the app to confirm whether soft drinks delivery is active for your doorstep:

- Grocery & essentials delivery in Stoke-on-Trent — local shopping across the Six Towns.
- All delivery locations — explore coverage across Wolverhampton, Stafford, Stone, Crewe and Congleton.
Make your request through the app
Check availability for your address, choose eligible products and review your request and complete price before paying. An eligible independent rider can accept, shop locally and deliver to the address you confirmed.
Availability depends on postcode coverage, rider availability, distance, order size, time of day and current operating conditions. If no suitable rider accepts or can complete the request, the order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded.

Questions about soft drinks delivery
Does this page include alcohol?
No. Soft drinks and bottled water are separate from eligible alcohol requests. Alcohol has additional account, age, identity and handover requirements.
Is every drink shown guaranteed to be in stock?
No. Products shown in the app are available to request, but local availability is not guaranteed until the rider shops.
