Before accepting, see the delivery postcode, approximate distance, order size or number of items, and exact rider delivery earning. Relevant age-restricted items are identified where applicable.

You choose whether to accept

You are free to accept or ignore individual delivery opportunities. Onwayy riders operate as independent/self-employed contractors. There are no guaranteed hours, delivery opportunities or minimum earnings.

Choose a suitable retailer

After acceptance, receive the relevant shopping information and choose a suitable legitimate third-party retailer. It does not have to be an Onwayy merchant or partner. A suitable supermarket is encouraged during normal opening hours where practical; another suitable open local retailer may be used later.

Shop using your own funds

Purchase authorised products using your own lawful funds or payment method, stay within the approved limits and obtain purchase evidence. Follow the customer’s substitution preference and the product-specific rules.

Upload your receipt

Submit the retailer receipt through the rider app. After required purchase evidence is uploaded, the full customer delivery address becomes available.

Deliver

Travel to the confirmed address, mark Arrived, obtain the customer delivery PIN at handover and complete required delivery evidence. Restricted products require the registered account holder and applicable age and identity checks.

Get paid

See your exact delivery earning before accepting, with no extra Onwayy commission. Once purchase and delivery evidence is approved, we pay your approved shopping costs back alongside your earning. Reimbursement is not extra earnings. We aim to pay within around 2 hours of approval, but checks and processing can cause delays.

Delivery insurance where required

Supported methods may include car, motorcycle/scooter, bicycle and e-bike. You do not need Onwayy-branded clothing or equipment, but equipment must be suitable and safe.
