Onwayy operates within active service areas determined by postcode. We are initially focusing on selected areas of Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Congleton, Crewe and Stone, Staffordshire, with additional areas able to be added as the service grows.

Products shown in the Onwayy app are available to request, but local availability is not guaranteed until your rider shops. Onwayy product prices are the prices agreed through Onwayy and may differ from prices charged by the third-party retailer selected by the rider.

Delivery distance
Onwayy does not publish one fixed maximum delivery distance. Whether a request can be served may depend on postcode, distance, rider availability, order size, time of day and current operating conditions.
Large orders
Onwayy may limit or refuse unusually large, heavy or bulky requests where they cannot reasonably or safely be carried by an available rider or vehicle.
