Onwayy is a technology platform for local shopping and delivery requests. Customers use the Onwayy app to choose eligible products. Eligible independent riders can accept those requests, choose a suitable local retailer, purchase the requested products and deliver them to the customer.
We are not a supermarket
Onwayy does not normally own or hold the retailer inventory purchased for customer requests. Retailers are independent third-party businesses and do not need to be Onwayy merchants or partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a retailer being used by an Onwayy rider does not mean that retailer is partnered with, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsing Onwayy.
The platform behind the request
Onwayy provides technology for customer requests, payment and order administration through the app, distributing delivery opportunities to riders, order updates, customer and rider communication, support, refund administration, rider reimbursements and rider earnings.
The Onwayy product price is the price agreed through Onwayy and may differ from the retailer shelf price. The retailer receipt supports rider reimbursement and verification; the customer receives an Onwayy order record.
Starting locally
Onwayy is initially focusing on selected areas of Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Congleton, Crewe and Stone, Staffordshire. Coverage is determined by postcode and current service conditions and can expand over time. Explore Delivery & Coverage.
Independent platform, third-party products
Retailer names, product brands, trademarks, packaging and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Product availability is not guaranteed, packaging can change and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Onwayy and riders do not provide medical or pharmacy advice.
