Your request comes before the choice of shop
You do not need to choose a partner supermarket. The rider normally selects a suitable third-party retailer based on your request, location, opening hours and expected availability. Onwayy does not normally own or hold the retailer inventory.

Review the products, delivery address, replacement preference and complete app-displayed price. Products shown are available to request, but local stock is not guaranteed until the rider shops.

Onwayy is rolling out on-demand shopping and delivery in selected areas of our initial launch locations. Check your delivery address in the app to confirm whether grocery delivery is active for your doorstep:

Make your request through the app
Check availability for your address, choose eligible products and review your request and complete price before paying. An eligible independent rider can accept, shop locally and deliver to the address you confirmed.
Availability depends on postcode coverage, rider availability, distance, order size, time of day and current operating conditions. If no suitable rider accepts or can complete the request, the order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded.

Questions about grocery delivery
Are groceries supplied by an Onwayy partner supermarket?
Not necessarily. Riders can use suitable independent third-party retailers; a retailer being used does not establish a partnership or endorsement.
What happens if an ingredient is unavailable?
Your rider follows your replacement preference. If a requested item cannot be supplied and no suitable replacement is selected or accepted, the amount charged for that unavailable item is refunded. The rest of the order can continue.
