Request the product your pet uses
Select the requested product from the app and review its information. This website does not hold a live pet-food catalogue or confirm that a particular local shop has your chosen item.
Decide how an unavailable item should be handled
Use your available replacement preference before payment. If you need to approve a replacement, the rider must obtain that approval; silence is not permission to substitute.
Available delivery locations
Onwayy is rolling out on-demand shopping and delivery in selected areas of our initial launch locations. Check your delivery address in the app to confirm whether pet food delivery is active for your doorstep:

- Grocery & essentials delivery in Stoke-on-Trent — local shopping across the Six Towns.
- All delivery locations — explore coverage across Wolverhampton, Stafford, Stone, Crewe and Congleton.
Make your request through the app
Check availability for your address, choose eligible products and review your request and complete price before paying. An eligible independent rider can accept, shop locally and deliver to the address you confirmed.
Availability depends on postcode coverage, rider availability, distance, order size, time of day and current operating conditions. If no suitable rider accepts or can complete the request, the order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded.

Questions about pet food delivery
Can I request any pet product through the website?
No. Requests are placed in the Onwayy app using the eligible products offered there. This page explains the everyday pet-food and pet-essential category.
What happens if no permitted replacement is available?
The unavailable item is skipped and the applicable Onwayy product amount is refunded. Other items in the request can continue.
