Eligibility matters as well as availability
Only eligible products offered through the app can be requested. A household use does not make a prohibited item available; the existing Restricted & Prohibited Products Policy continues to apply.
Some requests need more carrying capacity
Onwayy may limit or refuse unusually large, heavy or bulky requests where an available rider or vehicle cannot reasonably or safely carry them. Service availability also depends on postcode coverage, distance and current operating conditions.
Available delivery locations
Onwayy is rolling out on-demand shopping and delivery in selected areas of our initial launch locations. Check your delivery address in the app to confirm whether household essentials delivery is active for your doorstep:
- Grocery & essentials delivery in Birmingham — on-demand local shopping in selected areas.
- Grocery & essentials delivery in Stoke-on-Trent — local shopping across the Six Towns.
- All delivery locations — explore coverage across Wolverhampton, Stafford, Stone, Crewe and Congleton.
Make your request through the app
Check availability for your address, choose eligible products and review your request and complete price before paying. An eligible independent rider can accept, shop locally and deliver to the address you confirmed.
Availability depends on postcode coverage, rider availability, distance, order size, time of day and current operating conditions. If no suitable rider accepts or can complete the request, the order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded.

Can I place an unlimited-size household order?
No. Order size and carrying limits can affect whether a request can be served. Review the choices and conditions shown in the app.
Can a rider buy a prohibited household item if I add a note?
No. Customer instructions do not override the product restrictions. Check the existing Restricted & Prohibited Products Policy for the detailed rules.
